About Alex fenot

Bio

I’m Alex Fenot, and I’ve spent 30 years in the trenches. From high-pressure kitchens to massive dining rooms in Europe and in the US.

I’ve seen it all, fixed it all, and survived it all. 

I didn't learn hospitality from a textbook—I learned it during Saturday night rushes when the printer wouldn't stop and the walk-in was failing.

I founded FoodnBullshit because I’m tired of "clipboard consultants" who give advice from an office.

On the creative side, beyond the floor, I’m an author and podcast host. 

My brand, FoodnBullshit, lifts the lid on the raw, unfiltered reality of restaurant culture. I speak for the people behind the line and the staff in the dinning room who keep the wheels from falling off.
